I was born and raised in Caracas Venezuela where I went to law school for 3 years. Dallas has been my home since 1995 where I live with my husband Tim and my son Christian.
My first experience with Yoga was at an early age with my mom. In early 2004 I rediscovered the healing power of Yoga when it helped me heal physically as well as emotionally. This rediscovery led me down a new path.
I started my first 200 hrs of Yoga Training in 2005. Through the course of my studies I had the opportunity to participate in workshops that were led by renowned Yogis such as Seane Corn, Desiree Rambaugh, Judith Lasater, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Rodger Cole and Rod Stryker. In 2007 and 2008 I was honored to study and complete advanced yoga certification under world wide known yoga Teacher Shiva Rea and became one of the few teachers in the DFW and the State of Texas to teach this wonderful style of yoga. In early 2009 I have had the honor to begin assisting Shiva Rea during her many teacher trainings, workshops and Yoga conferences nationally and internationally. Continue reading ›
