I teach yoga because I believe we all need a safe place and regular practice to discover our potential for total health. Currently I hold e-200RYT and 500 RYT accreditations. I have conducted many asana workshops and Yoga Nidra practices and Yoga Immersion Retreats.
I’ve studied asana, philosophy and sacred text with Rod Stryker in Maryland and Chicago and St. Louis. I’ve completed trainings with Shiva Rea in New York and Massachusetts. I completed Yoga Therapeutic Training for Yoga Teachers and Health Professionals at the Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville in Virginia.
