Chandra Om is the senior disciple of the much loved and respected Sri Dharma Mittra, and founder of the North Carolina School of Yoga in Raleigh, NC. Chandra teaches traditional classical yoga in the lineage of her Guru, and has dedicated her life to spiritual practice and service to humanity. In this interview Chandra tells the story of her journey with Sri Dharma Mittra, and shares her wisdom and perspective on guru bhakti and the necessity of living masters, the spiritual import of asana, karma yoga, and the history and impetus behind the NC School of Yoga.
