Kira Ryder is a yogini living and teaching in California’s beautiful Ojai Valley. She is the owner of Lulu Bandha’s, a bright and nurturing yoga studio in the heart of downtown Ojai.
In addition to teaching yoga, every year Kira and the community at Lulu’s organize the famous Ojai Yoga Crib, a celebrated annual yoga event that offers people the opportunity to study in a magical and intimate setting with some of the best teachers in the world.
