Om in the Home - Virtual Yoga Nidra Class
For this class you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Some of the benefits of Yoga Nidra include reducing stress, anxiety, supporting mental wellness and promoting better sleep. No previous yoga experience is required since Yoga Nidra does not involve movement..just resting in stillness. You can also use pillows and blankets from around your home to feel more comfortable during the practice.
The best part is you can participate in this class anywhere in your home! After you register you will receive an e-mail with a link to join the class.
This is a donation based class and if you cannot afford to make a donation you are still welcome to join the class! Donation information will be given at the class!
This class will be held on Wednesday's 7pm-8pm
