TRYOGA - Rest and Restore
For this online version of Rest and Restore you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra guided meditation to rest your mind and restore your well-being. Practicing Yoga Nidra is helpful for reducing stress, anxiety and promoting better sleep.
At the beginning of the class, you will prepare your body for a deep rest with gentle movement, then settling down in a comfortable position of your choice. This class can be done in a comfortable quiet space in your home. Yoga props can be modified using pillows and blankets. This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced yoga students. This class will be offered on zoom through TRYOGA until the studio re-opens!
To sign up for the class check the TRYOGA website below on Sunday on how you can sign-up for the class! You can also sign-up using the MINDBODY app! After you register for the class you will receive a zoom link to the class 30 minutes before the class start time!
