Recorded Live at Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville in Buckingham, Virginia, these are teaching clips from the daily morning yoga classes of an intensive weeklong study of Yoga for Arthritis. Each of these classes include a wide variety of modifications for students with arthritis.
