How do I purchase and download audio/video content from iHanuman?
First, browse the Store and Product pages, adding items that you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. Once you click 'Checkout' you will be asked to login or register an account, and then enter your payment information. Once the transaction is complete, your items are added automatically to your Account page where they can be downloaded to your computer. Your browser settings will determine where on your computer these files will be saved. 

What is the minimum connection speed I need to download content?
We highly recommend using high-speed internet connections such as DSL or broadband to download digital files! Dial-up connections at 56k may be used, but download times are considerably increased, as well as the potential for dropped or timed-out connections.

What is an mp3 and how do I play downloaded mp3 files?
Mp3 is a popular audio compression format that features high quality audio with very small file sizes. Mp3 files can be played on your computer, transferred to portable mp3 players such as the iPod, or burned to CD-R.

What is an mp4 and how do I play/watch mp4 video files?
Mp4 is a multimedia format used to store digital audio and video streams. Our high-resolution video files provide great compatability across platforms and support advanced features such as chapter selection (in the .m4v format) where applicable. These files can be played on your computer with Quicktime, Windows Media Player Classic, iTunes, or with portable video players such as the Video iPod. Please check the specifications of your portable player to determine whether .mp4 and m4v are supported. Our video files utilize the H.264 video codec with AAC audio.

Can I watch downloaded videos on my TV?
You can watch downloaded videos on your TV by connecting your computer or hand-held device to your television or other video device (such as a DVD player) via audio and video cables. Please refer to your computer hardware documentation to confirm that you have this capability. 

Are transactions secure and my private information protected?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We do not, nor will we ever, sell or share your personal information to third parties.

What if I am having trouble logging in?
Make sure that you have cookies and Javascript enabled. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure your 'Caps Lock' is turned off. Recheck the spelling of your username and re-enter your password. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password" link on the My Account login page and have it emailed to you.
