A strong, integrated, well connected body is a healthy body. Yoga is a tool to explore the connections within the body and create a sense of space within the structure. The spirit of connection is critical to yoga. We use our yoga to support the development of connections so that we can feel our body more deeply and clearly and sense the spaces within. Development of connections within our body encourages rich internal communication that diversifies and expands integrated pathways and enriched perception of the fluid spaces that exist between structures. This creates a foundation of health, based on wholeness and space derived from the interwoven layers of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic facets of ourselves.
