Recorded Live at Flow Yoga Leesburg, this workshop holds 8 hours of in-depth sessions as follows:

Friday night: Shoulders and Hips: This session begins with a meditation and moves right into Cora's signature hip opening sequence including eka pada raja kapotasana The second half of the class concentrates on Shoulder openers including the infamous strap jacket.

Saturday Afternoon: Shoulders and Backbends: A strong three hour workshop which includes standing poses and moves into inversions and backbends culminating in urdhva dhanurasana and vrkshikasana. To round out all of the challenging poses, Cora closes with a 30 minute abdominal set.

Sunday Afternoon: Twists and Restoratives:Cora shares an introduction to the Metal Element of Autumn as she teaches us to turn inward with twisting poses and restoratives. This three hour workshop offers plenty of time to go deep into the quiet of autumn.
