Love is the overarching state of being that we adopt in our yoga. Loving and accepting ourselves more fully each day, without judgement or comparison, we find that we can begin to love others more deeply. In our yoga process, this involves being kind and gentle to our bodies, stopping if something begins to hurt and not forcing ourselves onwards. We are not in a battle with ourselves and our bodies. On the contrary, we should listen to our bodies as they slowly attempt to communicate their needs. We are not in a rush.
