For Iyengar Yoga practitioners to deepen practice, skills, knowledge, and (optional) teacher education. This week long intensive includes six asana classes, one pranayama class and three Philosophy classes with Iyengar Yoga Instructor and Vanderbilt University Professor, Gary Jaeger, PhD. This three hour class focuses on twists, standing poses and backbends as outlined in the poses listed below. A minimum of two years study in Iyengar Yoga with a certified teacher required. PLEASE NOTE THIS RECORDING CUTS OFF AFTER 2.5 HOURS. THE LAST 30 MINUTES OF CLASS WAS LOST DUE TO A RECORDING MALFUNCTION.
