Intermediate Advanced 09-17-2015

Recorded Live at the Yoga Institute of Champaign-Urbana, Lois begins her Intermediate Advanced classes with sutra studies. This class is a strong sequence of Level II backbends and poses leading up to Padmasana as outlined in the pose list below. All Lois' classes are taught in the Iyengar Tradition and the Intermediate Classes are appropriate for students For students with a thorough understanding of all the basic poses who are ready to expand their study by introducing more challenging poses. Please only attempt poses within your skill level.
