Recorded Live at the Yoga Institute of Champaign-Urbana, Lois begins her advanced classes with a study of one of the Yoga Sutras. In this class she discusses Sutra 1.35, and then teaches a class focused on Backbends as outlined in the pose list below.
All of Lois’ classes are taught in the Iyengar Style of Yoga. Please only attempt poses within your skill level.
