Recorded Live at the Yoga Institute of Champagne-Urbana, Lois begins her advanced classes with sutra studies. This class focuses on advanced back bends including Dhanurasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana. All Lois' classes are taught in the Iyengar Tradition and the Advanced Classes are appropriate for students with several years study in Iyengar Yoga. Please only attempt poses within your skill level.
