Yoga is inner work. It is easy to lose that sense within the external postural journey and the physical practice of yoga. Our yoga postures give us the opportunity to feel the three dimensional nature of the spine and experience it as the key central energy pathway running through the body. Our postures and movement focus on supporting health of the three dimensional spine, bringing ease and creating the conditions for the inner work of yoga to be possible. We want to return again and again to the internal essence of our yoga practice. Returning to the emotions, the feelings, the mental awareness, the energy levels, the many different aspects of the self that make up the wholeness of our being. Our yoga postures provide a framework from which to experience the various aspects of the self.
