We specialize in offering Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga classes, both powerful styles linking breath with dynamic, flowing movement. We host many internationally renowned master yoga teachers including Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Bryan Kest, and Seane Corn.
Our bright, spacious studios are conveniently located in Seattle - Ballard neighborhood, Bellevue and Redmond Washington. In addition to Vinyasa flow yoga classes, SHAKTI’s expertise includes training teachers to provide inspiring, powerful classes with personal, skilled hands-on adjustments that take your practice to a deeper level.
