Rachel is a Senior Level certified Iyengar yoga teacher and mentor based in Southampton, UK where she runs weekly yoga classes, monthly workshops and specialist yoga classes and courses in the area for individuals, couples or small groups. She is also an ITEC Certified Massage Therapist.

She is a highly skilled and dedicated teacher of yoga with over 20 years experience of teaching in the UK and abroad and is qualified to a high level under the auspices of the Iyengar Yoga Association. She would be delighted to welcome you to any of her classes or workshops, yoga retreats or intensives to share her knowledge and learning of this amazing art and science.

Rachel hosts regular Iyengar yoga workshops and retreats in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal and also hosts corporate classes and special events.
