We start this session with a Qigong shaking exercise to shake off stresses of the past and awaken the bodies systems, open the bodies joints, and renew the bodies energies of the moment. Tension can build as a result of the stress of daily life. The body is a warehouse of your life’s experiences. Changing attitude can change the bodies physiology and biochemistry. We use our mind to support or yoga practice. In order to do so we must shift our consciousness from a mind that is active and problem solving to a mind that is sensing and observing. We explore our yoga positions as a place to experience life energy moving through the body. Our yoga helps us change our attitude and the neuro chemistry of the brain from the stresses of life to a sense of love which is who we are at the deepest level.
