Observe the tensions in your body. Accept what you feel in your body so you can begin to address it. Track the experience and sensations of your bodies with your mind. Working with tension in the body involves working with the mind. Our objective in our Yoga is to achieve both physical and mental freedom. Through the Yoga process we quiet our minds and shift from ordinary modes of consciousness to a more sensitive perceptual space. We become more attentive to what is happening within us and meet the tension by facing it without being confrontational, release and let go.
